Job Description

To design, build, modify, and maintain tools, jigs, dies, and molds used in plastic injection molding, press tooling, and assembly processes.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Background in injection molding and/or press tooling preferred
  • Must have experience in CAD design
Skills & Competencies
  • Proficiency in toolmaking processes and machine operation
  • Experience with:
    • EDM (Spark erosion and wire cutting)
    • Universal turret milling
    • Conventional lathes and surface grinding
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machining
  • Familiarity with plastic injection molding and stamping operations
