We are seeking a detail-driven Time & Labour Data Controller to manage and maintain accurate labour, timekeeping, and cost-related data within a structured project environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy across engineering and project control teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical aptitude and data accuracy (bookkeeping, creditors, or debtors experience advantageous)
  • High attention to detail with consistent and reliable data handling
  • Logical, structured thinker with problem-solving ability
  • High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • Service-oriented mindset when working with engineers and project teams
  • Confident in following up on discrepancies and resolving issues
  • Mid-level proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel essential; SharePoint advantageous)
  • Comfortable working with time records, cost codes, WBS structures, and registers
