About the ProgrammeThe TOPP Programme is a dynamic and structured 36 month journey tailored for aspiring chartered accountants (CA(SA . It provides exposure to the following disciplines: Internal Audit; Governance and Assurance; Financial Accounting; Data Analytics; Management Reporting; and more.
Rotation & ExperienceCandidates will rotate across various sites in Gauteng and may be required to visit other provinces to fulfil their responsibilities and gain broad, practical exposure. Top performing candidates may also gain experience in Corporate Finance (including Mergers & Acquisitions), Treasury, Legal & Secretarial, and related areas.

- Leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Proven potential for high achievement and innovation throughout qualifications
- Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Having a personal vehicle is highly desirable (not mandatory)
