The TOPP Programme is a dynamic and structured 36 month journey tailored for aspiring chartered accountants (CA(SA . It provides exposure to the following disciplines: Internal Audit; Governance and Assurance; Financial Accounting; Data Analytics; Management Reporting; and more.

Candidates will rotate across various sites in Gauteng and may be required to visit other provinces to fulfil their responsibilities and gain broad, practical exposure. Top performing candidates may also gain experience in Corporate Finance (including Mergers & Acquisitions), Treasury, Legal & Secretarial, and related areas.

• SAICA accredited Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA)
• Commitment to complete a full 36 month SAICA training contract and to write the SAICA ITC exam in January
• Academic average of at least 65%
• Citizen in the country of hire

• Proven potential for high achievement and innovation throughout qualifications
• Recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa
