Our products are in 100 countries globally, and supporting this takes a huge effort.The role forms part of the ENT Division and is responsible the successful launch, promotion and sales of his/her specific product range to ENT Surgeons and Hospital Pharmacies. The continuing education in the correct application and usage of these products in the sales territory allocated to the incumbent is paramount. This role reports into the Regional Sales Manager. Experience in leading and sustaining the growth of business by identifying and developing new business sales opportunities through developing strategic ideas. Experience in successfully promoting and supporting the ongoing training and education to new and existing Customers within the ENT Franchise. The ability to create and lead an annual business development plan to drive increased sales. Experience with developing an efficient management information system which will keep the franchises informed of customer turnover and growth levels. The ability to maintain records of regular customer contacts and give feedback on relevant market intelligence and competitive information to the management team. Successful candidates would need the following: Minimum three to five years experience in the Sales of Medical Devices Degree within the Faculty of Health Sciences Valid Driver's License Candidates must have at least one year of proven experience scrubbing in for surgical theatre procedures. Experience in private and state sector Own Vehicle Strong verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans are essential. You.
