Role overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Leader to oversee and drive strategic leadership in the ScienceLogic and AppDynamics space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT operations and monitoring, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage capacity, make informed technical decisions around observability, and deliver impactful projects while leveraging AI knowledge to enhance operational efficiency Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for the ScienceLogic and AppDynamics toolsets. Make informed decisions around observability and monitoring solutions to meet business needs. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to enhance monitoring capabilities. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team, ensuring optimal capacity and performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Build sound relationships based on trust and openness with internal and external stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a key point of contact for technical discussions and project updates. Project Management: Drive the delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management. Observability Strategy: Engineer and leverage processes and technologies to enhance observability across systems. Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of ScienceLogic and AppDynamics tools AI Integration: Apply AI knowledge to optimize monitoring processes and improve system performance. Identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics within the observability framework. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in IT operations management , with a strong technical background in monitoring tools . Preferred qualification - Bachelor's degree Expertise in ScienceLogic and AppDynamics is highly beneficial . Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive strategic leadership initiatives. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects. Solid understanding of observability principles and technologies . Knowledge of AI and its application in IT operations and monitoring . Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. We can be a match if : Strategic thinking and decision-making.
