The successful candidate will analyse business needs, optimise end-to-end processes, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications that enable effective system design and implementation. Key Responsibilities Analyse and translate business needs into clear, actionable system and functional requirements Assess, optimise and improve end-to-end business processes to enhance efficiency and customer and employee experience Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and cost optimisation Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of approved initiatives and projects Collaborate closely with business, IT and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery Produce high-quality documentation, reports and insights to support informed decision-making Support solution validation through testing, user feedback and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, governance and audit requirements Key Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex business and systems environments Strong process analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills Experience translating business requirements into system and functional specifications Ability to drive process optimisation, efficiency and value realisation Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills Important Closing Date Note # Take note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 25/04/26All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
