Technical Service Consultant

Location: Durban (Hybrid)

Seeking a Technical Service Consultant to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance in a customer-facing environment.

• Provide remote technical support
• Troubleshoot system and SQL/database issues
• Manage support tickets and escalations
• Assist with reporting, data queries, and system setup
• Maintain clear documentation

• Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
• SQL querying & troubleshooting
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem solving & communication skills
• Experience 3+ years SQL experience
• 2+ years in technical/customer support
• Nice to Have: SSRS / Power BI
• Nice to Have: POS or retail system exposure

Thursday-Monday schedule (includes weekends).

Hybrid role with remote support.
