Generating technical reports based on customer and business requirements. 2. Business process mapping, to support operational efficiency improvements. 3. Local Part sourcing in machine breakdown situations. 5. Supplier/Vendor onboarding and Supplier/Vendor management 6. Initiation and completion of Warranty process 7. Fleet Updates, including startups, and hour meter reading updates 8. Work in Progress Management-Job Card Creation to track tasks, labor and materials, up to and including invoicing. 9. Running with Quoting and Invoicing process to keep track of financials 10. Attend to Technicians and customer technical queries 11. Keep track of Technician Utilisation across the workshop and field service organisation 12. Monthly reports on Work in progress, efficiencies, and recoveries 13.
