As aTechnical Sales Representative, your primary mission is to drive growth byidentifying and securing new business opportunities. You won't just be sellingequipment; you will be delivering tailored material-handling solutions thatsolve operational challenges for clients. Your role will be to manage the fullsales lifecycle, from cold prospecting and technical demonstrations toafter-sales support and account optimisation.

• Identify, qualify, and engage high-potentialcustomers within your territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
  
• Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses andtechnical product demonstrations to showcase the value of the company'sportfolio.
  
• Build strong rapport with key stakeholders andend-users to influence purchasing decisions and exceed sales targets.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuringthe CRM and sales pipeline are meticulously updated.
  
• Monitor customer buying patterns and salescontributions, implementing corrective actions to maximize gross profit.
  
• Resolve customer issues with urgency, implementingaction plans that ensure long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  
• Continuously upskill in the company's evolvingproduct range to act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
  
• Collaborate with service and rental teams to ensureequipment availability and seamless delivery.
  
• Forecast stock requirements based on market trendsand manage warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance follow-ups.
  
• Work closely with internal departments to managerisk accounts and protect company assets.
  

• Minimummatric with a related tertiary qualification an advantage
  
• Aminimum of 5 years' proven sales track record in technical sales
