We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Sales Department. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and growing market share within a designated region or industry.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or currently studying towards a diploma
  • Proven ability to generate new business through telesales, cold calling, and client visits
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Experience compiling quotes and proposals
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Professional communication and client liaison skills
  • Ability to meet weekly activity targets and monthly sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the drive to grow market share
  • Adherence to company processes, standards, and policies
