Job Description
Key Outputs 
- Constructively log product matters with OEM
- Caterpillar preventative maintenance orientated.
- Constant communication between TA and SEENG, through Tech Rep.
- Compile technical reports on all systems (TA report)
- Quickly and efficiently diagnose machine systems and carry out repairs, services, and maintenance on Earthmoving Equipment on customer sites or at BWE site.
- Compile accurate customer machine analysis and reports including machine Inspection reports (MIR's)
- Technical analysis reports (TA's)
- Maintain professional image when representing BWE
- Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
- Matric (Grade12) qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment / Mechanic) NQF3, 5 years post apprenticeship/ learnership
- Computer literate
- Fluent navigation and familiarity of SIS2.0
- Valid Driver's license
- Access and familiarity with Caterpillar DSN
- 5 years qualified trade
- Fluent schematic reading (Electrical & Hydraulic)
- Time management skills
