Team Leader
Job Description
The Team Leader will provide overall project leadership for Enterprise Architecture and ICT Strategy engagements. The role is responsible for planning, governance, risk management, and primary stakeholder engagement, ensuring full alignment with GWEA and TOGAF standards within a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end leadership of Enterprise Architecture and ICT Strategy projects
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Establish and enforce governance structures aligned to public sector frameworks
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project, architectural, and delivery risks
- Serve as the primary interface with senior stakeholders and executives
- Ensure all architecture artefacts and outputs comply with GWEA and TOGAF
- Oversee quality assurance of EA deliverables and strategic recommendations
- TOGAF Level 2 (Certified)
- Project Management Certification (PMP or PRINCE2)
- Relevant Professional Body Registration
- Minimum 10 years' experience leading Enterprise Architecture and ICT Strategy engagements
- Extensive experience within the public sector
- Proven leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strategic leadership and decision-making

- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
