We're looking for experienced Team Leaders - Food & Beverage to join our passionate team at Walter Peak, home of unforgettable dining, stunning scenery, and world class hospitality.

Reporting to the Assistant Coordinator, you'll play a key role in leading our Food & Beverage team. You'll take charge of service delivery, create floor plans, guide service flow, support and develop your team, and confidently handle anything that comes up during service - all while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
What we're looking forYou're a confident and people focused leader who brings:
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and organise a team
- Solid barista skills and strong food & beverage knowledge
- A current First Aid certificate (preferred)
- Duty Manager's Certificate / LCQ (preferred)
- The flexibility to work in a unique, remote location
- Queenstown-based, or willing to relocate (accommodation may be available)
- Full-time, permanent roles with guaranteed fortnightly hours
