To lead a team of Finance Business Partners, prioritising and overseeing commercial guidance to ensure alignment of operational drivers, business strategy and financial performance within business portfolios to enable accurate and effective financial management and decision making.

• 5 years' experience in financial accounting or finance partnering environment.
• 2+ years' experience leading or managing finance knowledge workers, coordinating and prioritising to achieve plans and objectives
• Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
• Responsibility for delivery in a high performing, continuous development environment

• Honours Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Commerce

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• People management and development principles and practices
