Finance Manager

Reporting directly to the General Manager in Mauritius and functionally to the Group CFO based in Dubai, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the full finance function, ensuring accurate management reporting, statutory compliance, and alignment with group accounting standards.
• Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital in a high volume, multi currency environment.
• Overseeing revenue, margin, and cost control, working closely with operations to ensure accurate billing and profitability analysis.
• Supervising accounts receivable and payable activities, including credit control, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing commercial insights to support management decision making.
• Improving finance systems and processes, supporting automation, reporting efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

You will be a seasoned finance professional with:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and compliance.
• Experience working in high volume, fast paced environments, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or comparable industries.
• Solid understanding of multi currency operations and group reporting requirements.
• A hands on leadership style with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across local and international teams.
