Job Overview 
Responsible Gambling Team Lead: Manage and maintain a 24/7 Responsible Gambling Team, supporting responsible gambling delivery across Super Group's online gaming platforms.
Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead by example, motivate the team, conduct monthly team meetings, manage succession planning, handle roster and leave.
- Onboarding and Development: Conduct onboarding, probation sign off, provide feedback, mentoring, coaching, rewards, and recognition.
- Performance Management: Support team development goals, monitor KPI benchmarks, conduct QA checks, report trends, drive performance reviews.
- Workload Management: Monitor shift plans, manage refunds, provide live support, ensure SLA benchmarks, log incidents.
- Stakeholder Management: Build rapport with internal and external departments, act as a subject matter expert on responsible gambling and customer welfare.
- Compliance: Provide direction on responsible gambling processes, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Tertiary qualification or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Compliance, Risk or Fraud.
- Minimum 12 months leadership experience in a related field.
- Experience in responsible gambling, knowledge of policies, procedures and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated behaviour aligned to organisational culture.
- Experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Knowledge of gambling regulations across jurisdictions.
- Experience in customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Dynamics365, Excel reporting, and data analysis.
