Job Description
As a Talent Manager, you'll take the lead on a high-volume client account. You'll be driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, shaping the talent approach, and partnering with senior client stakeholders, all while leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing- Leading recruitment delivery across non-technical roles within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Partnering with highly engaged hiring managers across the US to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters to ensure high performance, engagement, and delivery excellence.
- Driving operational excellence, ensuring KPIs are met and continuously improving processes and team output.
- Overseeing account profitability and ensuring effective resource planning and allocation across your team.
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging talent insights to anticipate hiring needs and market trends.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership, with proven people management responsibility.
- A strong track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing recruitment teams.
- Confidence managing senior and challenging stakeholders in high-pressure, client-facing environments.
- Experience within consulting or RPO environments, ideally with global or multi-market exposure.
- Strong understanding of non-technical recruitment markets, talent trends, and workforce insights.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, drives results, and builds trust with both clients and internal teams.
