We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Intern who requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or a related field. This role is focused on talent sourcing and employer branding, with additional exposure to social media management and basic marketing activities to support recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates in line with job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
  • Support the management of company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule content related to vacancies, employer branding, and company updates
  • Assist with basic marketing activities to promote job opportunities and company visibility
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to recruitment campaigns
  • Provide administrative support specific to recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records
  • Currently studying towards a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and/or marketing principles
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
