The Switchboard Operator is responsible for the supervision and control of the Hotel's centralised telephone system, transferring of calls to departments within the hotel as well as to Hotel Guests as per The Capital Hotel Group Policy.

• Matric
• Very good command of the English Language (verbal and written)
• Previous switchboard experience will be advantageous
• Good telephone etiquette
• Computer Literate
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Ability to run with multiple tasks/jobs
• Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
• Great attention to detail
