Our client in the medical devices and healthcare industry is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Product & Business Development Manager to lead strategic product management and business development initiatives across specialised surgical and integrated healthcare solution portfolios. This role focuses on driving product strategy, supporting complex solution selling, leading innovation adoption, and strengthening market positioning within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing strategies, portfolio optimisation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor intelligence, and opportunity assessments to identify growth areas and support business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and awareness initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Support sales execution through product training, technical support, customer engagement, and solution-selling enablement.
  • Lead and coordinate new product launches, innovation rollouts, and integrated healthcare solution implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration projects, digital health solutions, and hospital infrastructure initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and clinical societies.
  • Support forecasting, tender processes, and strategic bids, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or MBA advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or product management.
  • Experience within surgical endoscopy, surgical devices, ENT, capital equipment, or related healthcare portfolios.
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, and product launches.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and solution-based offerings.
  • Exposure to system integration, digital health, or hospital infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of operating theatre environments, surgical workflows, and healthcare procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
