You'll specifically take care of supplier performance reviews and First Article Inspections (FAI), but also manage containment actions and lead problem solving initiatives with suppliers.

We'll look to you for:

  • Managing non conformity reports (NCRs) and ensuring timely actions to address defects
  • Leading supplier performance reviews and improvement roadmaps
  • Implementing quality mechanisms such as Q Walls and batch inspections
  • Conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) and monitoring performance
  • Handling waiver management and supplier audits
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure continuous improvement
All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Quality or Engineering
  • Familiarity with supplier qualification standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IRIS, local standards)
  • Experience in quality assurance within a production, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Hands on supplier quality experience, including manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Fluency in English
  • Lead external auditor certification (desirable)
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification (desirable)
  • Experience managing supplier relationships or using SAP (desirable)
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long term career free from boring daily routines
  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Contribute to innovative projects
  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment
  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
