Seeking a Key Accounts Manager to oversee an in-house portfolio. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be a trusted brand consultant for key clients. Responsibilities include driving creative strategies to retain and expand accounts and aligning with marketing and sales goals. You'll cultivate relationships, propose solutions, ensure timely delivery, and uphold customer trust.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Matric qualification with relevant tertiary sales training
  • Proven KAM experience in the Print/Packaging industry
  • Preferably, qualifications/courses in Print & Packaging
  • Strong knowledge of Packaging in agricultural, construction, manufacturing, mining, & transport sectors
  • Understanding of Production & Operational workflows, applying innovative techniques for key account maintenance
  • Ability to generate innovative solutions exceeding client expectations
  • Passion for the packaging industry and creativity in problem-solving
  • Adaptability and willingness to seek continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and presentation skills
  • Capability to manage multiple client accounts, handle sales life cycle, and address customer complaints tactfully.
