What you'll be doingLead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive sales performance and smash targets

Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
Run a smooth, efficient operation-without ever compromising on service
What we're looking forProven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
