A prominent retail company is seeking a Store Manager in South Africa to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of Store Management experience, a Grade 12 qualification, and the ability to motivate the team while managing budgets and inventory. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
