Sr. ServiceNow Training Specialist (Remote)

We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Training Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing training strategies that support organizational change initiatives related to the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to analyze training needs, design materials, and deliver effective training sessions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing user adoption and driving the success of ServiceNow implementations. The position requires a proactive mindset to evaluate and improve training programs continuously.

• Develop and implement effective training strategies and programs for ServiceNow related initiatives.
• Create training programs using the ADDIE instructional model.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and needs assessments to tailor training content effectively.
• Manage material creation, document management, and training execution both onsite and online.
• Deliver live and recorded training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate onboarding training programs for new hires and clients.
• Utilize tools such as Google Suite, Smartsheets, and ServiceNow for training purposes.

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience creating 20-30 slide decks focused on various ServiceNow modules.
• Skilled in developing microlearning videos, particularly using Camtasia.
• Strong Federal experience with multiple agencies preferential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with training development tools and virtual training platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team focused environment.
• BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
