This is a strategic leadership role at the forefront of applied artificial intelligence, focused on building and scaling impactful, customer-facing AI solutions. Accountabilities
  • Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on applied AI and automation technologies
  • Define and execute the technical strategy for AI orchestration and platform capabilities
  • Drive the development and deployment of user-facing AI and machine learning features
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and engineering excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Guide architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
  • Mentor and develop engineering leaders and teams, maintaining a high bar for talent and performance
  • Translate emerging AI trends into practical, high-impact product solutions
  • Champion customer centric development by aligning technical initiatives with user needs and business outcomes
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data driven platforms
  • Proven track record of building and delivering AI powered products at scale
  • Hands on experience with LLMs, machine learning systems, and end to end product integration
  • Strong technical background with the ability to make architectural and strategic decisions
  • Experience leading and growing high performing, distributed engineering teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast paced, ambiguous environments with evolving technologies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with product and design teams to deliver cohesive solutions
