You'll work across the stack from front-end to back-end, collaborating with product, QA, and other developers to create elegant, reliable, and scalable solutions that help real-world marine crews do their jobs more safely and efficiently.You'll thrive here if you love owning outcomes, sharpening your skills, and coding with purpose.Make your impact with a rapidly growing Marine Software business!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and system integrations per project specifications - Execute WSDOT data migrations and integrations to time and quality targets - Conduct first-pass code reviews and maintain team code quality standards - Produce accurate project estimates (target: <30% variance) - Achieve 80%+ billable utilization across PS engagements - Use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex per Helm's AI SOP to accelerate development outputWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years full-stack development experience - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL - Experience delivering in agile, client-facing PS environments - Strong code review skills and attention to quality - Comfortable working remotely with async and European-timezone teams - Genuine interest in AI-assisted development toolsPackage & Remuneration- The role is remote Flexible hours with overlap in core business time.
