- Lead and manage Flight Centre's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop content strategies, create content calendars, and execute high-quality multimedia content
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and apply insights to grow engagement and reach
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to enhance brand reputation and social uplift
- Create content for live events and real time brand moments
- Train team members on social media best practices and guide leaders in building personal brand presence
- Manage Meta and TikTok ads, reporting, optimisation, and performance analytics
- Produce regular reporting using GA4 and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with Customer Experience teams on community management and engagement
- Plan, create, publish, and manage content across all social media platforms
- Build content calendars aligned to campaigns, brand voice, and marketing objectives
- Capture and edit compelling lo fi video and visual content
- Analyse social performance metrics, identify opportunities, and optimise content strategy
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to improve account performance
- Execute and optimise paid social campaigns with strong attention to audience targeting, bidding, and creative variations
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ROAS, CPA, CPM, and CTR
- Manage budget allocation for paid campaigns
- Submit weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams with promotions, collaborations, and brand initiatives
- 5 Years Marketing Experience - Specializing in Social Media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create high-quality content independently (video, copy, imagery)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with global and local teams in a fast-paced environment
- Digital fluency and familiarity with social media tools and content management systems
- Ability to explain content decisions, audience logic, and optimisation techniques clearly
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Communications, or similar)
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Hands on experience with content creation and editing
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Experience using cameras and editing tools for video creation
- Travel industry experience
- Familiarity with community management tools and analytics dashboards
- Strong proofreading and copy editing skills
- Understanding of broader digital ecosystem interactions (social, web, CX, CRM)
- Planning and executing daily social content
- Filming or editing lo fi videos and visual content
- Monitoring social channels and responding/escalating customer interactions
- Setting up and optimising paid campaigns
- Analysing performance metrics and making recommendations
- Collaborating with marketing, CX, and product teams
- Preparing reports for monthly performance reviews
