As a Site Manager, you will oversee key stages of a Data Centre project in East London, starting with groundworks, progressing through the steel structure phase, and into the internal fit out. Working for an established main contractor, you will play a key role within the site team, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, and to the highest standard across multiple phases of construction.
Responsibilities for Site Manager- Oversee day-to-day site operations across groundworks, steel frame, and fit out stages
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Manage site logistics and sequencing across multiple construction phases
- Maintain high health & safety standards on a complex project
- Monitor quality and ensure works meet project specifications
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to fit out
- Background working with main contractors
- Strong understanding of sequencing, structural works, and finishing stages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
