Silo Operations Leader - Budget & Team Manager

A leading company in grain management is seeking a Silo Manager in South Africa's Vrystaat region. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of Silo management experience, excellent leadership, and budget management skills. Responsibilities include managing customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining financial practices. Candidates with a Grade 12 certification and relevant fumigation and grain grading certificates will be preferred. This position requires sound knowledge of the market and strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
