Are you someone who can: Be able to interpret and act on client instruction via email and or system (Inwards or Outwards) - with accuracy Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards Manage the conversion of forex deals into sales by executing the following activities: Working queues, Swifts.
