Effektiewe bestuur van silo ten einde winsgewendheid te verseker.

• Graad 12;
• 4 Jaar Graan/Silo ondervinding as Silo Bestuurder;
• Berokingskursus voltooi;
• Gradeeringskursusse voltooi;
• Vorige ondervinding in effektiewe toesighouding en/of bestuur van personeel;
• Geldige rybewys.

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig;
• Sterk administratiewe vaardighede en organisasie vermoë;
• Ondervinding in die bestuur van begrotings en kostes;
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
• Sterk leierseienskappe;
• Goeie kennis van die mark en besigheidsomgewing;
• Besigheidsinsig.

• Bestuur silo teenoor begroting;
• Bestuur van personeel;
• Bestuur van kliëntediens;
• Verseker gesonde finansiële bestuur en praktyke binne die afdeling;
• Bestuur silo administratiewe funksies.

• Grade 12;
• 4 years Grain/Silo experience as Silo Manager;
• Fumigation certificate;
• Grain grading certificates completed;
• Previous experience is the supervision and/or management of staff;
• Valid drivers license.

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Computer literate;
• Strong administrative skills and organisation ability;
• Experience in the management of budgets and costs;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Sound knowledge of the market and business environment;
• Business insight.

• Manage Silo to budget;
• Management of staff;
• Management of customer service;
• Ensure sound financial practices within the department;
• Manage Silo administrative functions.
