Our client based in Rustenburg is urgently seeking an experienced SIB Project Manager to take the lead on long term capital and Stay In Business projects within a demanding smelter environment. This is a high impact, site based role suited to a hands on professional who thrives in complex operations, brings deep engineering know how, and delivers with precision under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Engineer - GCC preferred. With at least 8 to 10 years working experience - not a recently qualified person
  • Electrical Engineer preferred but will consider mechanical with lots of electrical experience
  • PMP or PPM preferred but will also consider someone with capital project experience working towards a qualification
  • Knowledge of smelters will be an added benefit
  • Knowledge of Stay in Business projects will be an added benefit
  • NEC contract management knowledge is an added benefit
  • Certificate of fitness is a requirement - No Asthma related illnesses
  • Experience with shut related planning will be an added benefit
