Shift Leader

Join Team! Dog Haus is seeking a hard working, energetic individual for a Shift Lead position. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a food service professional with at least one year of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry.

• Oversees the opening procedures and set up, preparing the store to be guest ready by opening.
• Able to manage food safety cleanliness guidelines.
• Works quickly and efficiently
• Is consistent and very reliable
• Willing to help develop store team members as well as visiting team members from other stores.
• Ensures that all communication and procedural tools are being used and followed.
• Motivates team members through positive encouragement, embracing the company culture.
• Able to lead shifts, while driving sales, reducing waste, and upholding Dog Haus quality standards.
• Manages shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, proper employee breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shift.
• Able to ensure that all cash handling, reconciliation and credit card procedures are followed.
• Completes closing manager procedures.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older. Salary dependent on qualifications/experience.
