Job Description
- Listen to customer concerns and service requests.
- Check the vehicle with the customer.
- Identify visible problems or maintenance needs.
- Record customer complaints and vehicle details.
- Create accurate repair/service orders.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and costs.
- Provide service recommendations.
- Prepare quotations for labour and parts.
