SUMMARYAn experienced Service Advisor is required to deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience within a busy motorcycle dealership environment. The role involves managing the full service process from customer arrival to vehicle handover, ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the parts department.
REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor role within a motor dealership
- Experience working with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Motorbike licence (Code A) preferred
- Own reliable transport
- Technical knowledge or mechanical aptitude advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
