An experienced Service Advisor is required to deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience within a busy motorcycle dealership environment. The role involves managing the full service process from customer arrival to vehicle handover, ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the parts department.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor role within a motor dealership
  • Experience working with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Motorbike licence (Code A) preferred
  • Own reliable transport
  • Technical knowledge or mechanical aptitude advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
