Our client, a prominent brand operating in the Automotive Retail Industry, is currently looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor to their team, based in East London.
Requirements- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver's licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a franchise dealership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Book in vehicles and manage service processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Provide updates on repairs and costs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Manage job cards and service documentation
- Build strong relationships with workshop teams
