Your mission as a Service AdministratorAre you passionate about bringing order to a fast paced environment and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? As our Service Administrator in Rustenburg, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our North Central region, ensuring orders move, customers are heard, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll keep documentation sharp, communication seamless, and SHEQ standards uncompromised. If you take pride in being the person everyone relies on, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders via phone and email, providing accurate follow up on outstanding requests and lead time changes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by resolving queries promptly and professionally.
- Process work orders, breakdown, call out, and cost recovery documentation accurately and timeously.
- Assist with invoicing, labour booking, and timekeeping to support operational teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records for all correspondence, documentation, and departmental reports.
- Gather and compile administrative data to support operational reporting requirements.
- Manage office supply requirements and perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, SHEQ, and internal Epiroc procedures, maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- A tertiary qualification in office or business administration (advantageous).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Info M3.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced features.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy, data integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a high-demand, fast paced environment.
- A structured, problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
