Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Webflow Designer for a remote web design job focused on creating high-converting websites and marketing assets. This is an ideal role for a designer who thrives in both UI/UX design and Webflow development, with a strong grasp of design systems and digital marketing performance.

You'll own projects end-to-end-from wireframes in Figma to fully responsive, production-ready Webflow builds-while collaborating closely with account managers to deliver impactful client results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build Webflow websites from scratch (no templates)
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
  • Develop marketing assets: ads, landing pages, email newsletters, and social graphics
  • Build and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, tokens, style guides)
  • Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect design across all breakpoints
  • Use structured frameworks like Client-First or Relume naming conventions
  • Collaborate with account managers to align on client goals and deliverables
  • Optimize design outputs for conversion and performance
  • 3+ years experience inWebflow web design (portfolio required)
  • Advanced expertise in Figma (design systems, prototyping, UI/UX workflows)
  • Strong Webflow skills: CMS, animations, responsiveness, clean structure
  • Proven experience building design systems (component libraries or brand systems)
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating digital marketing assets across platforms
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Advanced Webflow animations
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or A/B testing experience
  • Experience in Home Services or Healthcare industries
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)

Your application must include:

  • Live Production Links: Active websites you've built (mobile responsiveness will be tested)
  • Webflow Read-Only Links: Backend access to review structure and build quality
  • At least one example of a design system (Figma library, style guide, or brand system)
