Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Transport Controller to coordinate deliveries, manage drivers, optimise routes, ensure compliance, and maintain efficient transport operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan routes, schedules, and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Monitor vehicles, track shipments, and manage delays or breakdowns
  • Manage drivers, brief teams, and enforce operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, and company policies
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, and fuel management
Qualifications
  • 3-year qualification in Logistics, Transport, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in transport or logistics
  • Knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and TMS
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams
