The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and contributing to operational excellence and automation. Applicants should have 7+ years in IT support, in-depth knowledge of N-able, Microsoft Defender, and experience in a managed services provider (MSP) environment is a plus. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
