Pedros Chicken is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the full maintenance division across its restaurants and distribution centres in KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on ensuring that all facilities and equipment adhere to high operational and safety standards while supporting growth and minimizing downtime.
Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years in maintenance management, strong contractor supervision skills, and be adept at project management in a fast-paced environment. A Grade 12 and relevant engineering diplomas are required.
