Responsibilities

Impactful client delivery

  • Focus initially lies on data analysis and full reporting: based on gathered market research data, conduct analyses and co-design insightful reports with actionable recommendations that support our clients in their strategic decision-making process.
  • Working closely with senior members that coach and train directly, the Senior Associate is in close contact with national as well as international clients to deliver high-value content and services.
  • Aware of the full range of solutions that the business offers, enabling to input into proposal and design brainstorms with more senior consultants.
  • A Senior Associate will be involved gradually in the complete set-up, organization, and execution of market research studies.
  • Building experience and gradually becoming responsible for complete methodologies (e.g. sampling, survey design, etc.) and gaining project management responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Able to analyze data and make reasonable recommendations and insights.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, and in English.
  • Develop effective research methodologies.
  • Flexibility in handling changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organize research projects & conduct effective interviews for data collection.
  • A Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
