A leading plastics manufacturer in Oos-Kaap is seeking a hands-on Production & Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of factory operations, specifically in injection moulding, recycling, and assembly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing and a proven track record in driving cycle efficiencies and ensuring maintenance reliability. Responsibilities include delivering dispatch-ready production, reducing costs, and leading a team of 30 - 40 staff while embedding a culture of accountability and performance.
