WHAT WE BELIEVE (AKA: THE STUFF THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS)We're not just building a company. We're building a culture where great people can do their best work, without the corporate nonsense.
Here are the beliefs that drive everything we do:
- Office politics are destructive, small-minded, and evil.
- We foster cooperation, not competition.
- We believe in open, transparent communication.
- We show appreciation and gratitude, every day.
- The best ideas win, not the loudest person in the room.
If that makes you nod your head (or say "finally!"), you'll fit right in.
