Senior Guide

Location: Pilanesberg Luxury Private Lodge Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 Negotiable DOE Live-in

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Guide to join a luxury private lodge in the Pilanesberg. This is a live-in position offering excellent benefits and the chance to work within a prestigious safari environment.

• Accommodation with private room, kitchenette, and en suite bathroom
• Work cycle of 21 days on, 7 days off

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through guided game drives and walking safaris
• Split role: 50% game drives and 50% walking safaris
• Educate and inspire guests about the local environment, wildlife, and conservation practices
• Ensure guest safety at all times during activities
• Maintain and uphold lodge guiding standards and protocols

• Fully qualified and registered guide with walking qualification
• Previous experience as a Senior Guide in a luxury lodge environment
• Strong knowledge of local fauna, flora, and ecosystems
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Professional, safety conscious, and passionate about delivering memorable safari experiences
