Senior Groups and Incentives Travel Designer

We are seeking a Senior Groups & Incentives Travel Designer with expert knowledge of what works for groups. You will be responsible for the strategic planning of group programs, constantly adding value to enhance client experiences and for ensuring all quotations and costings are accurate.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years' experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in itinerary planning, travel logistics, customer service and sales. Onsite operational experience with incentive and specialist group in Southern and East Africa required. Proficiency in Tourplan and Microsoft Office is a must as well as exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
