Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars
- Coordinate client meetings, internal strategy calls, and campaign reviews.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing performance summaries.
- Support project management across paid media, SEO, and creative teams.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign milestones.
- Liaise with clients professionally and confidently when required.
- Draft executive communications, proposals, and agency documentation.
- Optimize internal systems and workflows (CRM, project management tools, dashboards).
- Assist with hiring coordination and team onboarding processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Virtual Assistant, or Operations Assistant.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, performance marketing agency, or creative agency (required).
- Strong understanding of marketing terminology (CPC, ROAS, CTR, funnels, lead generation, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms.
- Experience preparing executive reports and marketing dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
