Sebenzana APP is a specialist engineering and assetperformance firm supporting owners and operators of high-value energy assetsacross Africa and internationally. We're looking for an experienced andprofessionally registered Senior Engineer (Pr. Eng) to join our SpecialisedServices team - a group of technical leaders dedicated to solving complexengineering challenges and delivering long-term asset value for our clients.

1. Project Development & Feasibility Studies

• Lead feasibility andconcept development studies for new and existing plants.
• Conduct technical andfinancial analyses, scenario modelling and cost estimation.
• Develop userrequirement and technical specifications for greenfield and brownfieldprojects.

2. Technical Leadership &Design Execution

• Lead detailed design,specification and commissioning activities.
• Perform complex thermal engineering calculations, modelling andanalysis of high-pressure systems, turbines and boilers.
• Review and approvetechnical documentation, ensuring alignment with codes and standards (ASME,API, etc.).
• PerformFitness for Service (FFS) and Remaining Life Assessments.
• Performstructural Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• PerformPipe-stress Analysis.
• Deliver Owner'sEngineer and Lender's Engineer services for clients.
• Conduct Root CauseAnalyses (RCA) and lifetime assessments for asset optimisation.

3. Project Management

• Manage projects throughall stages - from scope and planning to delivery and closeout.
• Act as primarytechnical interface with clients, ensuring quality, cost and schedulecompliance.
• Coordinatemultidisciplinary teams, including the drawing office and external contractors.
• Manage budgets, projectprofitability and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior engineersand graduates, supporting technical growth and professional registration.
• Foster knowledgetransfer and a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Serve as deputy to theBusiness Unit Lead when required.

5. Commercial & BusinessSupport

• Provide technical inputinto tenders and business development initiatives.
• Identify and pursueopportunities to expand Sebenzana APP's engineering and performance servicesportfolio.
• UpholdSebenzana APP's values of integrity, excellence and collaboration in allinteractions.

• BEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Pr. Eng with the Engineering Council of South Africa(ECSA)
• 10+ yearsin the power generation, petro-chemical engineering and/or energy-intensive sector, with proven project leadership experience.
• Mechanical systems, high-energy equipment, design andanalysis, process optimisation and engineering standards (ASME, API, ISO)
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking,proactive mindset, excellent communication and mentoring ability
• Demonstrated alignment with Sebenzana APP's corevalues: Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration
